My Name is Tammy Carrell, I am the Head Athletic Trainer for SSHS. My husband Victor and I have 3 sons; Stacy, Kasie, and Brady and 2 daughters; Krista and Danica. We have 4 grandkids, Melissa, Kilie Mae, Timmy, and Mattick.

Education:
Paris Junior College-Associates in Kinesiology-with honors.
TAMU-C-Bachelor of Science Degree in Health, Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine-Academic Distinction.
TAMU-C-Masters of Science in Health, Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine.
Teacher certification-Kinesiology and Health.
Texas Athletic Training License

Josh Neill he comes to Sulphur Springs ISD from SFA. He attended Stephen F. Austin where he earned his bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During his time at SFA he was awarded several scholarships. He was placed on the SFA Athletic Directors honor and dean's list. As a freshmen he was accepted into the Athletic Training program. He was the only freshman to have been selected. He was taught and worked under Hall of Famer, Sandy Miller. He studied and worked throughout college in the sports medicine field, where he worked all sports. Upon graduation he earned his Texas Athletic Training license.

The most important part of being an Athletic Trainer, "You are there through the winning seasons, and most importantly, you are there through the losing seasons."
